The Precision Alliance (TPA) respects your concerns about privacy and values the relationship we have with you. This Privacy Notice describes the types of personal information we collect online at the following websites:
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. We may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.
For purposes of this Privacy Notice, “Personal Data” means information that identifies you or that could reasonably be used to identify you. Examples of Personal Data include name, address, telephone number, and email address.
You do not have to register for a service or program to receive much of the information available through the TPA websites. However, some of our content is available only to registered or identified users and will require you to provide specific information about yourself to access this information or service.
TPA collects Personal Data that you provide on the TPA Sites. This could include:
You may contact TPA to ask questions, discuss your concerns, or report issues regarding our products or services. If you communicate with or request information from TPA, you may be prompted to provide your contact information as well as Personal Data that is relevant to your request.
We may collect personal data about you through publicly available sources such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
When you use the TPA Site, we also may collect certain usage and device information automatically as described below.
We may record the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address of your computer or other electronic device when you visit the TPA Site. An IP address identifies the electronic device you use to access the TPA Site. Your IP address allows us to maintain communication with your computer as you navigate the TPA Site and to customize content. This information is also used to identify account-level data such as company name.
We also collect information about your use of the TPA Site through tracking technologies such as cookies. A “cookie” is a unique numeric code that is transferred to your computer to track your interests and preferences and to recognize you as a return visitor.
Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.
We will use the information we obtain through the Site as needed to fulfill our contractual obligation to provide you with the products and services you request.
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
In addition, we may disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process, (ii) to law enforcement authorities or other government officials based on a lawful disclosure request, or (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity.
We also reserve the right to transfer personal information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer.
To the extent required by applicable law, we will retain your personal information for the duration of our relationship, plus a reasonable period to comply with the applicable statute of limitations or if otherwise required under applicable law.
We use information collected online through cookies and other automated means to (i) customize our users’ visits to our Site, (ii) deliver content (including advertising) tailored to our users’ interests and the manner in which our users browse our Site, and (iii) manage our business. We also use this information to help diagnose technical and service problems, administer our Site, identify users of our Site, and gather demographic information about our users.
We use third-party web analytics services on this Site, such as those of Google Analytics. The service providers that administer these services use technologies such as cookies, web server logs and web beacons to help us analyze how visitors use the Site. The information collected through these means (including IP address) is disclosed to these service providers, who use the information to evaluate use of the Site. To learn more about Google Analytics and how to opt out, please visit www.google.com/analytics/learn/privacy.html.
We only share your Personal Data with third parties as described below. We do not sell or rent Personal Data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We have relationships with suppliers and affiliated companies, who help us operate our business and for whom it may be necessary to have access to your Personal Data in the course of providing services to TPA. We will not authorize these parties to use your Personal Data for any purpose that is not related to TPA and its related affiliate’s business operation, and we do not share Personal Data from countries that require consent, unless consent has been obtained in advance to sharing with related affiliates. We require them to handle your Personal Data collected in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
TPA maintains reasonable technical, administrative and physical controls to secure any Personal Data collected through the TPA Site. However, there is always some risk that an unauthorized third party could intercept an Internet transmission, or that someone will find a way to thwart our security systems. We urge you to exercise caution when transmitting Personal Data over the Internet, especially your financial-related information. TPA cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not gain access to your Personal Data; therefore, when submitting Personal Data to the TPA Site, you must weigh both the benefits and the risks.
This Privacy Notice does not apply to TPA Sites that are not owned by or managed by TPA or to third-party websites to which the TPA Site may link. TPA makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or any other aspect of the information on those linked websites. No link to another site should be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of any information, goods or services.
We will only use Personal Data in the manner described in this Privacy Notice in effect when the information was collected from you or as authorized by you. However, and subject to any applicable consent requirements, this Privacy Notice may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our personal information practices. We will indicate at the top of the Notice when it was most recently updated.
