MONORACE
is the ideal linear bearing for rugged industrial applications. Its
"C" channel extruded and hardened steel raceway provides
a robust and rigid foundation for the bearing system. The raceway
is honed for smooth, quiet operation and then coated for corrosion
and contamination resistance
(including the bearing running surfaces).
Further,
unlike most bearings, the MONORACE's running surfaces
are raised and do not capture or hold contaminates which can cause
failures. MONORACE Sliders are composed of a ground
steel body with either 3 or 5 Rollers. The Sliders also include a
sturdy raceway wiper, a longitudinal seal, and a lubrication system
that minimizes maintenance.
