Water resistant and corrosion resistant
The shaft is manufactured from SUS304, which gives excellent corrosion resistance and enables use underwater or in humid locations.
Wide range of lead pitches
Different lead pitches can be selected for each screw shaft outer diameter.
Lubrication-free
MRH incorporates a lubricating agent so it can be used without oiling.
Smooth transmission
Uses the same gothic arc grooves as ball screws, ensuring smooth transmission.

  1. If additional machining is to be performed, the shaft end diameter should be smaller than the screw shaft root diameter, and the screw thread length should be specified in 1 mm units.
  2. Only available with right-hand screw shaft threads.
  3. Nut profile: Round flange (4 holes) is also available as an option.

Precautions for shaft end machining
1.Additional machining of screw shaft ends
  • Additional machining of screw shafts should be performed by KSS. Note that accuracy cannot be guaranteed if additional machining is performed by someone other than kss.
2.The following points must be noted when additional machining is performed by someone other than KSS.
  • Always remove the nut from the screw shaft for additional machining.
  • After machining, wash away any debris adhering to the screw shaft with clean ilulminating kerosine or similar material.
